CAREERs Plus+ emerged from a powerful alignment of belief, trust, and purpose. While the concept, vision, and full financial backing came from Mr. Bhargab Mohan Das, it was Prof. Dr. Dieter Trau who recognized its profound potential for AIT Entrepreneurship Center and initiated its adoption within AIT EC. Strengthening this mission further, Dr. Mimi Das Saikia, an educationist and social entrepreneur, joined as a guiding force—enriching the initiative with her deep understanding of youth development and social impact.
Together, the trio brings a rare fusion of entrepreneurship, academia, and social innovation—uniting distinct strengths to help young minds move from uncertainty to clarity, and from aspiration to empowered execution.
CAREERs Plus+ was founded on one unwavering conviction: Today’s youth need more than education—they need guidance, mentorship, and a genuine pathway to self-reliance. Led by three complementary visionaries, the program stands for:
A unified platform that empowers students and young professionals to pursue jobs, higher studies, or entrepreneurship with confidence and clarity
